Phase 1.

Research Setup

Strategy Session: We'll kick off with a strategy session to clearly define your main goals, questions, and hypotheses. We'll conduct a Google Analytics Audit to ensure accurate tracking, identifying and fixing any potential issues to create a strong data foundation.

Prioritisation of Insights: We use a CRO framework that evaluates each opportunity based on Potential, Importance, and Ease of Implementation (PIE). Phase 3.
