Based in Byron Bay, Australia, we feed on greener pastures, where life is balanced and possibility is abundant. It’s how the 30Acres name was born. We have extended family in Europe, Asia and North America, to meet client needs across time and space.

30Acres is proudly founded and solely owned by Paul Fisher, who also serves as a member of our board of directors, helping to guide the strategic direction of the company. This is giving our agency the independence to stay flexible, creative, and focused on delivering results that matter. Backed by a strong leadership team of long-standing employees and a highly skilled team, our approach is all about collaboration and staying responsive to clients' needs, ensuring each project is driven by expertise and a shared vision for success.

Our enlightened leader. The boss man. Paul knows the grass is not greener on the other side - it's greener at 30Acres.

jonny — technical director

He's a longtime developer with even longer hair. Code extraordinaire. Splits his time and energy between Aus and Canada.

chris — head of web development

Chris is our front end development diva. He can’t stop, won't stop until he achieves pixel perfection #flawless

nicky — head of client services & growth

Loves getting under the hood of your business and your brand, and into the mind and shoes of your customers. Digging around for interesting insights to ensure how and when you show up in their lives they’re pleased to see you.

Dislikes: Seafood or chicken on pizza, socks that come off in your shoes, being cold

marie — technical producer

Marie has a certain je ne sais quoi about her, but what we do know is she’s got big plans. Plans to get your development projects done.

harry — developer

Harry's our go-to guy for support. He'll listen to all your problems, and if some are about your website, he might even fix ‘em.

dave — paid media specialist

Dave will make you pay for it. Paid Media that is. Loves to joke about amplification, but they’re only funny if everyone gets them.

guillermo — seo & cro specialist

Guillermo speaks Spanish, English, and Search Engine, so he’s our resident Google translator. He also has a strict no-trampoline-policy. He can’t stand the high bounce rates.

matt — developer

Matt can be found at beaches most weekends. If he's not there he will be back behind the screen, making music or programming games.

allison — producer

Allison is a hard-working Web Producer and all round e-commerce ninja. She’s the glue that keeps Team Canada together using her wealth of experience herding needy rock-stars (and cats).

jacinta — developer

When she’s not transforming websites into works of art, you’ll probably find Jacinta searching antique stores for second-hand treasures or spoiling her two Spaniels — and she’ll always have a vase of fresh flowers on her desk.

maris — email marketing specialist

Introducing Maris, the Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist who turns inbox clutter into conversion gold. When she’s not crafting compelling campaigns, you’ll catch her pitching tents in the wilderness or cruising coastal roads with her squad. Oh, and homeschooling her little legends with love and chaos.
