The brief

Wholistic House, led by Katrina Ellis N.D., seeks to transform their online presence to better reflect their brand's ethos of natural, organic, and high-quality wellness solutions. With over 30 years of clinical experience, Katrina’s reputation drives customer trust and loyalty. However, their current website’s clunky shopping process—with limited payment options like PayPal and Afterpay—hinders conversions. The goal is to modernise the website’s design and functionality, making it a streamlined, user-friendly platform that resonates with their audience and showcases their Australian-made products. By enhancing the online shopping experience, Wholistic House aims to reach a broader market and increase sales, particularly for their popular Liposomal Mushrooms.

How we helped

Not only did we migrate them over to Shopify, but we also gave their entire site a fresh, user-friendly glow-up, enhancing both functionality and user experience to drive improved conversion rates and customer retention.

Key new features:

  • Ingredients glossary: Allowing users to easily find and shop products containing specific ingredients.
  • A clear guide on how to take supplements, including dosage and frequency.
  • Intuitive menu categories: We’ve also revamped the shopping experience by offering intuitive menu categories like "Shop by Health Goals" and "Shop by Product".
  • Advanced filtering options that cater to users’ unique needs, such as filtering by ingredients and health goals. Finding exactly what you need has never been easier.
  • "Pairs well with" feature on both product pages and the cart drawer, users can seamlessly discover complementary products, creating an even more streamlined and convenient shopping journey.
  • Sticky Add-To-Cart: By always keeping the call to action in sight, it encourages faster decision-making, reduces drop-offs, and provides a better mobile shopping experience, where space is limited and users are less likely to scroll back up.
