The brief

Following a comprehensive rebranding effort, Frontier Pets sought to align their website with their refreshed visual identity and overarching brand values. Their goal was to create a digital presence that truly reflected their premium positioning in the pet food market while also addressing key functionality and performance gaps. The objectives for the new site included enhancing functionality by implementing features that streamlined the user experience and integrated advanced marketing tools to support growth and customer engagement. Additionally, the redesign focused on improving Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) by designing and structuring the site to guide visitors seamlessly through the buying journey, increasing conversions and driving more subscriptions. This redesign wasn’t just about aesthetics; it was about creating a site that functioned as a powerful sales and marketing tool, delivering measurable results for Frontier Pets.

How we helped

30Acres conducted a comprehensive UX and CRO review of Frontier Pets' existing site. The aim was to design a new site that would not only align with the new brand but also significantly increase the conversion rate. Key features introduced included:

  • Daily Feeding Guide: An easy-to-follow table that helps users determine how much to feed their dog or cat based on weight.
  • Improved Navigation: Enhanced site navigation to provide a seamless browsing experience.
  • eCommerce Enhancements: Integration of upsell features and an optimised checkout process to boost sales.
  • A product page section highlighting how to transition to raw, as data showed customers were dropping off due to not transitioning properly.

The result

The new website not only reflected Frontier Pets' rebranded identity but also incorporated advanced functionalities that improved user engagement and conversion rates. The introduction of the feeding guide, improved navigation, and enhanced eCommerce features contributed to a more user-friendly and efficient site.
