Designed for the modern outsider, this lifestyle brand embraces a timeless aesthetic with an emphasis on authenticity and durability. By combining eco-conscious practices with bold, minimalist style, THRILLS appeals to those seeking a lasting, meaningful wardrobe that reflects both individuality and responsibility.

The brief

THRILLS sought a comprehensive design revamp to enhance their site’s user experience while staying true to the brand’s distinct aesthetic. The focus was on creating a more cohesive, responsive experience across devices, with smooth navigation and reduced bounce rates—especially on mobile, where intuitive, streamlined pathways were essential.

How we helped

Our redesign focused on consistency, usability, and ease of navigation. We introduced a well-defined content and typography hierarchy across the site, creating a unified brand experience. A prominent Search Bar and breadcrumbs made finding products simpler, and a new mega menu allowed users to easily explore THRILLS’ extensive product catalog.

For smoother browsing, we placed the MENS/WOMENS selection at the top of the homepage, immediately directing users to their desired category. Sublinks on the homepage provided further options for quick access to various collections. We also implemented:

  • A custom denim guide to navigate the extensive denim collection
  • A sticky add-to-cart button for quick purchasing access
  • A “Quick Add to Bag” feature for size selection and adding to the cart directly from collection pages
  • Product-specific size charts and back-in-stock notifications for seamless shopping
  • Cross-collection recommendations and product reviews to aid user decisions

The result

The redesign has simplified the journey from browsing to purchasing, delivering a more intuitive and efficient user experience. With smoother navigation, clearer guidance, and enhancements tailored to mobile, users now enjoy a frictionless experience that better supports their needs on-site. With the website launching in October, we captured some amazing results measured three months later in December:
