Happy Healthy You is a leading health and wellness brand dedicated to empowering women to take control of their hormonal health. The brand offers a range of Australian-made supplements and natural solutions, trusted for their quality and effectiveness. With a strong reputation in the market, Happy Healthy You has built a loyal customer base by providing products designed to support overall well-being and hormonal balance.

The brief

With multiple email flows already in place, their strategy was performing well. Thus, a complete overhaul wasn’t necessary. Instead, we focused on identifying specific gaps and implementing targeted improvements that could deliver meaningful results quickly and efficiently, without disrupting their existing success.

How we helped

After a strategic audit of their email marketing, we implemented two key automations in Klaviyo to address their challenges:

Winback Flow - A solution to automate re-engagement efforts with lapsed customers.

  • Automated outreach to lapsed customers with personalised, timely emails.
  • Incorporated a feedback survey embedded in the emails, allowing customers to share their reasons for disengagement, such as price concerns or unsatisfactory results.
  • Followed up with tailored responses based on feedback, such as promoting discounts for price-sensitive customers or directing dissatisfied users to alternative products or resources.

Added to Cart Flow - A targeted flow to capture potential buyers who abandoned their cart before proceeding to checkout.

  • Designed to capture users who added products to their cart but didn’t reach the checkout stage.
  • Included dynamic product recommendations and engaging messaging to encourage customers to return and complete their purchase.
  • This flow complemented the existing Abandoned Checkout Flow, ensuring full coverage of the customer journey.

The result

By addressing specific gaps in Happy Healthy You’s email strategy, we transformed overlooked opportunities into substantial gains. The Winback Flow not only re-engaged lapsed customers but also provided invaluable insights through embedded feedback mechanisms, enabling the brand to better understand and cater to customer needs. Similarly, the Added to Cart Flow captured a previously untapped segment of potential buyers, effectively bridging the gap between browsing and purchasing.

Together, these enhancements boosted revenue, strengthened customer loyalty, and demonstrated the value of targeted, data-driven email marketing optimisations. This case underscores the impact of focused refinements in driving growth without requiring a full-scale strategy overhaul.

Here are the results achieved between August 19–November 30:

Added to cart flow: Open Rate: 53.64%, Click Rate: 7.11%, Placed Order Rate: 3.67% & Total Revenue: $61,043.19.

Winback flow: Open Rate: 43.91%, Click Rate: 3.50%, Placed Order Rate: 1.75% & Total Revenue: $28,714.90.
